"I have been in positions of leadership most of my professional career. I had been successful in building and rebuilding strong effective teams in various arenas in both my military and post-military careers.


Recently, for the first time in my career I ran across a department that was so dysfunctional that I had no idea how to reach them, how to move them from a department of individuals to a cohesive team.
